Game ini bergenre adventure dengan tampilan dan jenis seperti 3kingdom Online. Game ini bercerita tentang (maaph, bahasa inggris, soalnya males translate in ke Indonesianya).

"Before Shaw Danon, life carried on as it had for centuries. Mankind sought the secrets to immortality, and the five Factions promised to deliver those secrets. But then everything drastically changed, as circumstances of Shaw Danon's destiny came to fruition.

Shaw Danon's transformation into the catalyst of change began when he was just a child. The most powerful and evil of Espers, the Sinister Orb, used its power to seize control of a wayward soul, leading him to massacre an entire village. The young Shaw Danon was one of the only survivors of this tragedy. He later gained control of the Sinister Orb for his own purposes.

It is widely recognized that Bloodsmelting an Esper will make both the Esper and its owner more powerful, but will ultimately corrupt one's soul as the Esper draws upon darker powers. For this basic reason, the Good Factions traditionally forbid this practice.

However, influenced by the dark energy of the Sinister Orb, Shaw Danon chose unimaginable power over his own humanity. From this choice, there was no return.

Because of this decision, a door that was never meant to be unlocked has been opened. Through the Sinister Orb, Shaw Danon (now known as Velonus) opened the gateway to knowledge of Ascension. Since his accidental discovery, the whispers of Ascension have spread and all Factions are scrambling to command this power.

This discovery has not escaped the attention of the Immortals, and has triggered great alarm regarding human desire to evolve into a form they were never meant to achieve. Predictably, humans have rejected all Celestial requests to surrender this power and knowledge.

Fearing a weakening grip over the Mortal Realm, the Immortals have decided to seize control over humanity by sending forth a legion of demigods called the "Athan" to restore balance.

A great crisis approaches. So begins Jade Dynasty: Ascension."

Cara Instalasi

1. Download Client di http://download.xtremejade.com/XtremeJade.exe ato bisa dilihat di http://www.xtremejade.com/menu/download  untuk mirror nya, tapi mirrornya di coba kemarin ga jalan sama skali.

2. Download juga patch nya di http://download.xtremejade.com/patch36-44.zup 

3. Instal Clientnya dimanapun anda suka, setelah itu copy Patch nya ke folder instalasi misal C:\Program Files\xtremejade\

4. Double klik Patch36-44.zup tersebut dan akan secara otomatis membuka launcher Jade.

5. Selesai

Cara Pendaftaran

1. lakukan pendaftaran pada link http://www.xtremejade.com/menu/register

2. masukkan ID, password serta data-data anda, pastikan alamat email anda valid (dapat digunakan)

3. buka email anda dan temukan email konfirmasi dari xtreme jade beserta ID dan kode aktifasi.

4. klik link yang ditujukan ke pengaktifasian ID anda yg berada dalam email tadi lalu masukkan kode aktifasinya.

5. Login lah menggunakan ID tersebut dalam game.

6. Selesai

Dengan tampilan yang cukup menarik, dan grafik yang baik game ini mungkin dapat digunakan sebagai  Game Online yang patut dicoba, selamat BERTARUNG!!.

Untuk Mulai bermain Xtreme Jade lakukan langkah-langkah sebagai berikut :
1. Pilih salah satu Pack Download
   a. Primary download
      - Download XtremeJade.exe (430 Kb)
      - Download XtremeJade-1a.bin (1.4 Gb)
      - Download XtremeJade-1b.bin (1.4 Gb)
   b. Secondary download

      - Download XtremeJade.exe (430 Kb)
      - Download XtremeJade-1a.bin (1.4 Gb)
      - Download XtremeJade-1b.bin (1.4 Gb)

   c. Tertiary download

      - Download XtremeJade.exe (430 Kb)
      - Download XtremeJade-1a.bin (1.4 Gb)
      - Download XtremeJade-1b.bin (1.4 Gb)
Download salah satu pack download diatas (misal Primary download saja tanpa secondary dan Tertiary). Letakkan ketiga file tersebut (XtremeJade.exe, XtremeJade-1a.bin, XtremeJade-1b.bin) dalam sebuah folder yang sama lalu eksekusi file XtremeJade.exe dan lakukan instalasi.
2. Patching terbaru.
Sebenarnya XtremeJade.com dalam  menyediakan patch yang dapat di download di Manual Patch 302-303 akan tetapi tidak dapat didownload dikarenakan file tersebut dalam keterangan "Not Found". Entah apa maksudnya. Tapi sepertinya, tanpa patch pun dapat melakukan update otomatis. Untuk informasi lebih lanjut langsung saja menuju  forumnya di http://forum.xtremejade.com.
